HOW LONG IT IS REASONABLE TO WAIT FOR MEDICAL CARE, WYNDHAM? CNA? GRANCELL?  GOVERNOR?  CONGRESS? ATTORNEY GENERAL?  DEPARTMENT OF LABOR?  DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE?  POTUS?”

Denied Medical Care, Denied Benefits, Denied Interactive Process, Denied Return to Work Accommodations, Denied Medical Care, Denied Reimbursements for Self-Procured Medical care of nearly $30,000 to date, Denied Medical Care …. as a pattern of malicious and vile practice.

She was told, “Go to any doctor that takes Workers Comp Insurance” and was given an incomplete “DWC-1” form without insurance information, that no doctor’s office would accept, and phone calls to Wyndham were not returned.

FAILURES TO PROVIDE MPN PROVIDER LIST, MEDICAL TREATMENTS, REFUSALS TO PROVIDE PHYSICIAN REQUESTED MEDICAL TREATMENTS, FAILURES TO PAY DISABILITY BENEFITS IN 2012/2013 (and rewarded by the State of California EDD in 2014 with taxpayer money to the tune of approximately $16,000– for carrier breaking the law!) REFUSAL TO ENGAGE IN INTERACTIVE PROCESS, REFUSALS OF WYNDHAM TO MONITOR ALLEGATIONS OF GRAVE MISCONDUCT OF INSURANCE CARRIER AND DEFENSE FIRM…..REPEATEDLY IGNORING PLEAS FOR HELP FROM BRAIN INJURED WORKER…..FELONY FRAUD WITH INTENT TO DENY MEDICAL CARE? UNCONTESTED? UNINVESTIGATED?  JUST FOLLOWING ORDERS??!!!

WYNDHAM ACKNOWLEDGES MEDICAL CHALLENGES TO RETURN TO WORK WITHOUT MEDICAL CARE, AND SUGGESTS DOCTORS LIE ABOUT NEED FOR MEDICAL CARE IN ORDER TO BEGIN INTERACTIVE PROCESS REGARDING ACCOMMODATIONS???  WYNDHAM REFUSES TO AUDIT CNA AND GRANCELL FOR MIS-HANDLING OF CLAIM AND REFUSAL TO PROVIDE MEDICALLY NECESSARY TREATMENT IN FULL BREACH OF FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITIES?

AND WHAT IS THE BUSINESS MODEL OF THAT CORVEL CROWD THAT MAKES THE REPORTS AND DOES THINGS LIKE HAVE ORTHOPEDIC SURGEONS AND CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS DISMISS MEDICAL RECOMMENDATIONS OF BRAIN INJURY EXPERTS.  HOW MUCH DO THEY MAKE PER EGREGIOUSLY FLAWED ‘NON-RECOMMENDATION REPORT’??

CALLOUS DISREGARD FOR INJURED WORKER BY THE WORLD’S LARGEST HOSPITALITY COMPANY IS UNCONSCIONABLE.  IT’S UN-AMERICAN.  IT’S CRIMINAL.  IT’S VILE.

WILL WYNDHAM EMPLOYEES RALLY TO THE RESCUE OF THIS AND OTHER INJURED WORKERS IN AMERICA??  WILL ANYBODY?
