Please direct the DOJ to investigate WorkComp Crimes in America, in every State. The Mayor of Fort Worth Texas is just sensing a hint of the horrors ahead on her watch for that injured cop. How about the rest of us workers? More on that in the blog link below.

You know, the more I learn about #TBI, #WorkComp and how the WorkCompsters maim and destroy people with brain injuries, as well as other injuries, the more outraged I become.

Because I was denied immediate, reasonable and appropriate medical care for a witnessed slip and fall backwards on January 9, 2012, and a clearly diagnosed brain injury immediately, I was DENIED ANY HOPE FOR RESTORATIVE TREATMENT.

BEST I CAN APPARENTLY HOPE FOR IS ‘COMPENSATORY STRATEGIES’ to help me muddle along better.

The State of California even rewarded that awful insurance company, #CNA, to the tune of approximately $16,000 for REFUSING TO COMPLY WITH LABOR CODES, COURT DIRECTIONS, AND FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBLITY OF THE POLICY THAT MY EMPLOYER, WYNDHAM WORLDWIDE, PAYS FOR…… THEY GOT THE BONUS FOR REFUSING TO PAY TEMP TOTAL DISABILITY PAYMENTS IN 2012/2013, AND SHIFTED THE BURDEN TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

I appealed it and some Judge said it wasn’t my money, so the insurance company could keep it. Ha! If it wasn’t my money, and I have not received TTD benefits from the carrier in accordance with the law (but in accordance with tricky book keeping that apparently the State Controller doesn’t even watch over, so…maybe it was just taxpayer money, huh?)

What about people who are cheated by these WorkCompsters, who for whatever reasons, don’t fight back? Does that make the crimes of the insurance companies, defense firms, dirty doctors and other providers less heinous? Does it leave the employing corporations faultless in this ‘Grand Bargain’???

WE THINK NOT. IT’S TIME FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE TO TAKE A HARD LOOK AT WORK COMP and NUCLEAR CRIMES IN AMERICA. OR IT’S TIME FOR TRIALS FOR TREASON. OR MAYBE BOTH.

JUST SAYIN…. Here’s a current blog, and I’m working on organizing some medical records. When I look at the evidence of what monsterous denials of medical care, legal chicanery and outright fraud and deceptions I have experienced with this work injury, I can just spit. I made it in the work force over 40 years without ever encountering these demons of #WorkComp…..till now.

Here’s more…..I’ve tried to get the District Attorneys offices in a couple of jurisdictions to help, I’ve contacted the EEOC, and the buck keeps going back to the DIR, and we all know they act like they are paid by the insurance companies……

Anyway, oh yeah, Mr. President, who turned off all those radiation monitors across America? 

#Fukushima is still a global problem….. Just sayin…
