Aggravated mayhem is a felony, governed by Penal Code Section 205 According to a Yahoo Q & A, it appears it could be a charge that would stick and be punishable…. Any human and/or civil rights lawyers in this FB Nuke Ghetto??

The nukers and their accomplices seem to be aiming for late Spring. ‘APRIL SHOWERS BRINGING MAYHEM TO California??’

  • If the DA’s won’t indict, then the governor must SEND IN THE NATIONAL GUARD WITH TANKS TO PREVENT A RESTART AND TO MAKE THE ARRESTS for attempted murder and conspiracy to maim and murder millions of humans and other life forms.   Some smart lawyers may have more significant case law to cite, but the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION … Article IV, Section 4 seems to say it all [POLITELY!!!]:

  • “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

  • That’s sounds like a clear cut directive for the immediate dispatch of the NATIONAL GUARD to the SanOnofre Nuclear Power Plant to ensure that there is no restart and that criminal indictments are filed.  SEND IN THE TANKS.   STOP THEM BEFORE THEY KILL AGAIN!!!

If they (the nukers and their accomplices) can get more protesters away from their computers and into the Streets, the opposition to a restart will begin to dwindle as the Fukushima radiation poisoning continues to maim, kill and/or compromise the health of non-virtual activists and ‘protesters’.

Hope is most powerful when backed by action. Let’s HOPE the Governor will ACT and send in the National Guard to protect the people of California and beyond from this extremely dangerous and EXPERIMENTAL intended restart of these deadly #SanOnofre nuclear reactors.

More on Chernobyl (just add zeros to deaths and maimings when pondering on impact of Fukushima, SanOnofre, Hanford, and YOUR local reactors…..it’s just a matter of time, and not much of that all left to fret about, is there??!!!)

If you happened to have watched today’s NRC polite public hearings, you would be extremely alarmed and saddened by the calibre of geniuses making ‘life and death’ choices for you and yours. Hmph.
